WHAT'S BEHIND DOOR NUMBER TWO?

Kathy Bryant, owner of hangitupgalleryandstudios.com and I have a new venture two doors down from HIUG at restorationhouse.net .  Kathy's bird houses and my bird art will be featured in RJ's (the owner of RH) garden area.  You must see this; it's awesome.  Anyway, here's an example of some bird art I've been working on today.  All the painting is done in Annie Sloan Chalk Paint.  The painting is done on Ampersand Claybord Smooth in ASCP colors of Scandanavian Pink, Provence (blue), and Cream.  The cute birds are done in Graphite.  The frame is painted in Paris Grey and topped with Old Violet.  All this is treated to a coat of ASCP clear wax and then distressed with ASCP dark wax.  Buffed to a fine sheen and ready to hang........Come see us!!!!  As always you can see my fine art at workofhart.net .
