Funny how that happens!!!!!

I finished another cold wax and oil painting yesterday.......it was meant to be sailboats.  Didn't happen.  Somehow a sea turtle showed up and I let him (or her).  I had a couple of visitors to the studio and asked them if they saw what I saw......they did!!!!  So this one is called "Breaking the Surface."  The colors are really nothing like the original, my bad lighting.  This one is going in my home but can be had at Hang It Up and some arm twisting (money will change hands, too)!!!!!

RING THE BELL; ANOTHER SALE!!!!!!

Hartwell, Ga may have been declared a "restaurant free" zone, but the arts are thriving here.  Hang It Up Gallery and Studio, now in it's third year, represents me and today sold "The Lake," one of my cold wax and oil pieces.  Hang It Up is the place to buy art in this area........charm, good folks, and talent galore.........Look for my fall/winter classes to start once the weather breaks.  Thanks again HIUG......Kathy and Di.

We're celebrating artists' month at the Hart County Library here in Hartwell, Ga.  Come by and see our Director, Richard Sanders' work, a gorgeous watercolor from a phenomenal artist just over the line in Elberton Ga, and Moi!!!!!!!  I have a cold wax and oil piece up, Rainforest, shown here, and several of my photoencaustics.
