I'm trying some new encaustic paints for my photoencaustics and photomontages. Whereas I like the hazy, foggy look of encaustic, I'm really looking for something clearer in my photos. Less scraping, too!!!!! I found a new source: Artistsonja.com. Love the paints. Sonja has some translucents just for photos and that's what I used here along with her more muted colors. Always nice to run across just what you need on the net. Thanks Sonja.
